Avenir is a future-thinking fashion label with a focus on sustainable clothing served with a side of environmental education. The Avenir brand is playful, feminine and a touch radical.
The Avenir wordmark was hand-drawn, intentionally designed to be modern and clean with a hint of handmade imperfection, to hold up against global fashion competitors while still having a feeling of "realness" to the customer. I hand-painted an illustrative suite to be applied across all brand touch points, including the in-store experience, care labels, educational posters and care cards etc.
These illustrations, paired with a bold earth toned colour palette, helped to form Avenir's cohesive and recognisable branding that reflected their core view point that sustainablility and environmental education can be accessible and fun.
